Like a spa night
I switch off the light, turn on the water and the whole shower goes red. It's the calmest part of my day now.

Questions
The 12 LEDs glow red while water is running through the shower head. Close the water and the lights go off.
No. Water flows only from the large grey plate in the center. The LED ring around it is light only.
Unscrew your current shower head and screw CozyFlow onto the same shower arm by hand. If your shower uses an unusual connection, message us before ordering and we'll help you check.
The glow shows best with the bathroom light off. That's the ritual: lights off, water on.
The ritual
Most red-light routines ask you to sit under a lamp or wear a mask. CozyFlow puts the glow where you already spend a few quiet minutes every day: your shower.
Turn off the bathroom light, open the water, and a ring of 12 red LEDs washes the room in warm red light while you rinse, breathe and slow down.
Red light 101
Visible light runs from violet at the short end to red at the long end. Red light, roughly 620 to 750 nanometers, is the color behind the LED masks, panels and lamps that have become everyday tools in skincare and wellness routines.
Researchers are still studying what red light can and can't do. What most people notice right away is simpler: a dim, warm red room feels calm, the opposite of a bright white bathroom at 11 p.m.
Good to know: CozyFlow is a wellness and ambiance product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Why you'll love it
Dim, warm-red light is easy on the eyes, which is why so many people use it to wind down at night. Shower in the glow, then go straight to bed.
The whole bathroom turns red. It feels like a treatment room, not one more chore on the list.
No mask to strap on, no lamp to sit under. The glow happens during the shower you were already taking.
Water flows from the center plate only and the LED ring is pure light, so you get a normal shower and a glowing room at once.
How it works
Turn it counterclockwise to take it off the shower arm.
Thread it onto the same arm and hand-tighten until it sits snug.
Switch off the bathroom light and open the water. The 12 LEDs glow red while the water runs.
Lights off, water on
The red glow spills across the tiles, the glass and the mirror, so your everyday bathroom looks like the self-care corner you save on your phone. When the water stops, the light goes off with it.
At home
CozyFlow fits a normal wall shower arm, so it works in the bathroom you already have.

Unscrewed the old one and screwed this on by hand. No tools, and it looks great in matte black.

The red glow is beautiful at night. Best with the bathroom light completely off.

Simple matte black that fits my bathroom. At night with the light off is when it really shines.
